Great app so easy to use very informative!

Useful for nursing school exams and NCLEX-RN prep on the go. Love it!

Pretty good app, excellent rationales. However, the questions are exact repeat of the text version. Nevertheless, good to have.

While the questions were great I feel it was missing some import types of questions such as interdisciplinary teams use and nursing diagnosis.

Organized, easy to navigate, great rationales. Only 5 free qs per subject is my only complaint.

I like this app and think the questions are helpful but the swipe right feature (used to advance to the next question) is very annoying-- it usually doesnt work and theres no other way to move forward. As a result Ive spent a lot of time wrestling w the app just to use it. A button to tap would be a better design.

Very convenient to use on my phone and trusted publisher. 4 stars for great questions with decent rationales but there was a discrepancy with one of their answers and my textbook. (I feel that thats always the case even when doing questions straight from the textbook publisher site.) Probably going to upgrade and buy the full version.

I like that you can choose to see the answer and rationale immediately instead of waiting until you have answered all questions.

Bought the full version and its worth it!BUT please add the option to sync progress to other devices with an account!

There are questions from all categories with very detailed rationales. Questions are in NCLEX format with drag & drop, sata, fill-in-the-blank and more! Love this app!! Well worth the money!

Could be designed better but decent. Just too much money.

Great App! Been using it for my NCLEX-RN. I helps me with my content. Its a little pricey but worth it. Highly recommend this app to all my friends.
